Overview
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging unless damaged in transit.

Exceptions & final sale

Final-sale items (clearance, personalized items) cannot be returned.

Opened consumables (e.g., cosmetics, perishable goods) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Gift cards are non-returnable.
Important
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. Keep your original receipt or packing slip where possible.
How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days depending on your bank.

If you received free shipping originally, a return shipping fee may be deducted unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact support immediately and include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund (including return shipping).
Return instructions (quick)

Pack the item securely in original packaging and include the order number/packing slip.

Drop off with the selected carrier or use a prepaid label if provided. Keep tracking info.
